IT’S BACK!!  Mad Mom’s Even Hotter Buffalo Sauce, our standard South of Buffalo sauce again made with 4 simple ingredients, white vinegar, fresh cayenne peppers, fresh garlic and Diamond Crystals Kosher Salt, this year we “warmed it up, Chris” with some Jamaican scotch bonnets, ghost peppers, and Carolina reapers.  Same fresh taste, medium to hot on the heat scale, peppers coming from our farmers in Asheville and still without any synthetic thickener.  Nothing in this sauce you cannot pronounce.  Still a great daily user, feel free to use on eggs, chips, cottage cheese, hummus, as an addition to our milder South of Buffalo hot sauce on some game day  wings, or anything you would like that little extra zest to.
