Real Bourbon Barrel chunks for your grill or smoker. We hand select used empty barrels for freshness right from the distillery. These are broken down by removing the rings and once the staves are harvested we cut these into approximately 4 sq. in. chunks, they are then bagged almost immediately after cutting to retain as much of that bourbon-y goodness and since by law the barrels must be made from white oak, a very popular cooking wood this is the best of both worlds. Perfect for adding that sweet and smokey but subtle flavor to your cook these are great for bourbon barrel wings, ribs, pulled pork, brisket and even salmon.
